DEMOW: The Demow Police seized a car from 2 No Thowra Japihajia near Demow on Tuesday night which was transporting 9 cattle illegally. According to sources, a Swift Dzire car was coming from Dibrugarh side and heading towards Sivasagar side. Demow Police seized the car which was illegally transporting 9 cattle from 2 No. Thowra Japihajia near Demow on Tuesday night. The people in the car fled. Meanwhile, the car and cattle were taken to Demow Police Station.
