HAFLONG: Chief Executive Member of Dima Hasao Autonomous Council Debolal Gorlosa inaugurated and also laid a number of development projects under the Diger constituency, one of the most interior areas of Dima Hasao on Tuesday.
CEM Garlosa was accompanied by Executive Members Bijit Langthasa, Biswajit Daolagupu, Samuel Changsan, Ngamrothang Hmar, Devojit Bathari, Nojit Kemprai BJP District President Donpainan Thaosen, Mouzaders, Gaon Buras, elders and others.
This was followed by a hugely attended meeting wherein Executive Members Bijit Langthasa, Biswajit Daolagupu, Samuel Changsan, Ngamrothang Hmar, Devojit Bathari, and BJP District President Donpainan Thaosen spoke on BJP party council’s achievements in several sectors despite many constrains. They equivocally mentioned that the BJP-led Autonomous Council under the dynamic leadership of Debolal Gorlosa, has achieved remarkable development as the people trusted the BJP party and council team.
They, while assuring their promises to be fulfilled, warned that people should not fall prey to the opposition’s mis-propaganda as there may be many people who would try to mislead these simple people in the name of caste, creed and religion aiming the upcoming election.
CEM Garlosa in his simple and straight-cut speech said as the election nears, many people will spread misinformation to break the people’s confidence towards the BJP-led council but people should not fall prey to their mischievous activities. There is no way other than peace, tranquillity, and brotherhood among us. We should be united for the peace and development of our place and people. Informing about some of the development projects CEM said, each and every place of the district would get due attention in regards to the development since Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma are always with the people of Dima Hasao.
