MANGALDAI: Sleuths of the Anti-Corruption and Vigilance wing of Assam Police on Wednesday evening caught the Circle Inspector of Kharupetia, Achyut Dutta red-handed while he was receiving an amount of Rs 10,000 from an innocent villager. His PSO Diganta Barua has also been arrested.
