JOYSAGAR, May 24: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal will visit Charaideo district on May 26 and he will formally inaugurate the newly-constructed and installed 70 MW Maibela (Lakwa Hydroelectric Plant) in the Lakwa Thermal Project premises. In this function, State Power Minister and Sonari MLA Tapan Gogoi, Assam Assembly opposition leader and Nazira MLA Debobrata Saikia, Mahmora and Thawara MLAs and Assam Power Corporation Limited chairperson Kalyani Baruah will be present, sources informed.
