BAKSA: In the wake of high alert on Amphan cyclone, the district administration of Baksa has appealed to people of the district to keep vigil for next two to three days. On the order of the Deputy Commissioner of Baksa, Ranjan Sharma, District Information and Public Relation Officer Hemchandra Pathak made arrangements for announcement throughout the district and appealed to people not to come out of their homes unless necessary. Appeal was also made to boatmen and fishermen not to go to the river for fishing.
