Golaghat, June 14: Deputy Commissioner Gaurav Bothra on Thursday distributed five tea-leaf carrying vehicles among self-help groups of small tea growers of the district under the Cess-Utilization Policy, Assam. General Manager, District Industries and Commerce Centre, Dilip Kumar Barua was also present at the programme held at the auditorium of Sati Sadhani Kalakshetra at Selengi, Golaghat.
The distribution ceremony was held on the sidelines of a one-day field level training programme for small tea growers organized by the Directorate of Tea, Assam and the Tocklai Tea Research Institute.
