GOSSAIGAON: The 31 Battalion SSB Gossaigaon celebrated Durga Puja at their Sarva Dharamsthal premises which is located inside the campus of 31 SSB Gossaigaon.
Maa Durga Pandal was set up and decorated in a grand way and a four-day puja was held followed by idol immersion on Wednesday to mark the auspicious occasion. During the event, an impressive cultural programme was presented by the defence force personnel.
Chiranjib Bhattacharjee, Commandant 31 Battalion SSB Gossaigaon, congratulated all personnel and said, "Durga Puja revives the energy and positive atmosphere. During this time we forget all our sufferings. The festival brings the entire community together."
