DHUBRI: In 20 raids conducted by Dhubri Police under various police stations of the district, 28 narco-criminals were arrested with huge quantity of sleeping drugs and cough syrup in the last fortnight. Besides these, 48 cattle were seized and two trans-border smugglers rounded up, two gambling den busted and six gamblers arrested while over 8,000 litres of country liquor were destroyed in the district.
