TINSUKIA: Excise personnel have destroyed 5,000 litres of fermented wash, four distilled apparatus and 130 litres of ID (Illicitly distilled) liquor. The search operations were conducted in Margherita and Digboi Excise Circles on April 9 and April 10 respectively.
A total of 16 cases have been registered in this regard.
The Excise team from Margherita was led by Deputy Superintendent Aktar Hussain Borbhuyan.
