JAMUGURIHAT: A devastating fire broke out in an agri-farm of Panchajanya Atmasahayak Got, a self-help group located near Madhya Jamuguri HS at Madhupur village on Monday.
The fire spread to five rooms of the agri farm. A TV set, water pump, motor, ceiling fans, agri-equipment and other property were burnt into ashes. According to information, the fire took place due to a short circuit. The local people immediately informed the fire brigade. Two fire brigade vehicles managed to extinguish the fire.
