JAMUGURIHAT: As a part of the celebration of the 400th birthday anniversary of Lachit Barphukan, Biswanath police administration felicitated freedom fighter Hari Prasad Mishra on Thursday. A team of Sootea police headed by Shyamal Jyoti Saikia, officer in-charge of Sootea police station under Biswanath police administration, visited the Samar Dalani residence of the freedom fighter and felicitated him with a gamosa and handed over a portrait of Lachit Barphukan.
