GUWAHATI: Prabodh Nath, gaon panchayat secretary of Aibheti GP under Dolongghat Development Block in Nagaon district, has been suspended by the Commissioner, Panchayat and Rural Development, with immediate effect for discharging his duties delinquently and irresponsibly, thus affecting the objective of providing Rs 1,000 per family having no NFSA card as financial assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic situation, stated a press release.
