Hailakandi: With the herald of New Year, the Hailakandi administration extended greetings and best wishes to the people of the district. Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer, Keerthi Jalli wished every denizen a very happy Bihu, shubho pehla bhaishak, Charak Puja and Palm Sunday on behalf of the district administration. “It has been our tradition to seek blessings of our parents and grand parents and senior citizens on Nababarsha to bestow blessings on us,” she said.
