TEZPUR: Acting on a tip-off, an excise raid was carried out on Tuesday at Balipara area in Sonitpur district under the excise circles of Tezpur. A truck bearing number AS 07C5026 carrying 428 cartons of IMFL from Arunachal Pradesh was seized. In this connection a person was arrested. The consignment came from Bhalukpong, official sources said.
