BILASIPARA: Under the aegis of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Bilasipara District branch, International Disaster Reduction Day was observed at Rokakhata HS School recently. Dr. Kanu Lal Das, chairman of IRCS, Bilasipara district branch explained in details about the measures to be undertaken during disaster along with the use of first aid box and fire extinguishers.
