Jamuguri Higher Secondary School releases handwritten magazines

JAMUGURIHAT: Jamuguri Higher Secondary School is one of the oldest schools of the government sector imparting quality education in the greater Jamugurihat area. The educational institution has a dignified tradition of publishing handwritten magazines class wise since 2001. Every year, all the classes ranging from Class VI to Class XII prepare a handwritten magazine each.

Continuing this tradition, the inaugural session for handwritten magazines was scheduled for December 9 and December 10. As part of the first day's inaugural session, 'Suryoday' was released by Bishnu Prasad Rabha section of class 6, Jyoti Prasad Agarwala section of class 6 released 'Pokhila', Class 7 released 'Saptarshi' while section 'A' of class 8 inaugurated 'Abhigyan'. Similarly, Section 'A' of class 9 unveiled 'Jonak', class 9B released 'Gyandeep', class 10 A 'Bastav' and 10 B released 'Pratyush'.

Talking to this correspondent, Jiban Bora, principal of Jamuguri HSS, said that the remaining wall magazines would be released on December 10. A total of 8 handwritten magazines were released on Friday.
