Bongaigaon: Jyotirmoy Baisya, a worker of Indian National Congress from Bongaigaon, has been selected as the media coordinator from Assam of Indian Youth Congress (IYC) national committee. This was announced by Amrish Ranjan Pandey, national spokesman of IYC on Monday. Talking to media persons, Jyotirmoy Baisya said that this was the first time someone from lower Assam had been selected for this post.
