TINSUKIA: On the occasion of Independence Day, the Makum Police Station Staff in Tinsukia district felicitated some elderly citizens of Makum and its nearby areas under its jurisdiction by offering one bihuwan, an umbrella, one stick, one sanitizer and a packet of sweet to each of them after completion of Independence day celebration irrespective of their caste, community or religion under the leadership and guidance of Bishnu Parsai, officer-in-charge of Makum PS.
