A CORRESPONDENT
NALBARI: More than 150 schools in Nalbari district are likely to be shut down in the amalgamation process under Siksha Mitra Scheme. Due to poor teacher-student ratio, yearly progress report and Gunotsav report, schools at close distance will be amalgamated shortly. Consequently, enlisted schools will lose their identity forever. This has caused confusion among the stakeholders concerned.
