Martyrs honoured at Rangia Tiniali Amrit Sarovar by Sashastra Seema Bal

On the occasion of the 77th Independence Day, Rangia Sector Headquarter of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) organized a colourful programme at Rangia Tiniali Amrit Sarovar (Padum Pukhri)

RANGIA: On the occasion of the 77th Independence Day, Rangia Sector Headquarter of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) organized a colourful programme at Rangia Tiniali Amrit Sarovar (Padum Pukhri) on Saturday. The programme was organised under the initiative and guidance of Jagdeep Pal Singh, DIG SHQ SSB Rangia on the occasion of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav under “Meri Maati Mera Desh”.

The programme was organised in honour of bravehearts (Veer) martyrs Lt Nakul Chand Medhi and Lt. Anil Kumar who laid down their life in the line of duty. Rajendra Kumar Bhumbla, IG, Frontier Guwahati and Jagdeep Pal Singh, DIG SHQ SSB Rangia, Leenu Bodoloi, Principal Rangia Tulsibari of Bahumukhi Higher Secondary School along with other dignitaries paid homage to the martyrs. The high officials of SSB sector headquarters, Rangia and IG Rajendra Kumar Bhumbla honoured the family members including mother of martyr Lt.Constable (GD) Nakul Chand Medhi. The family members of the martyr, Lt. Anil Kumar were connected during the programme through virtual mode and they were part of the programme.
