DIBRUGARH: Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal joined tricolour march in Dibrugarh to celebrate the success of Operation Sindoor. Sonowal, accompanied by MLA Taranga Gogoi, participated in a massive tricolour march held on Friday in Dibrugarh, from Chowkidingee field to the ASTC bus stand, with the participation of thousands of people.
The march, also joined by Dibrugarh Mayor Dr. Saikat Patra, Deputy Mayor Ujjal Phukan, and BJP District President Dulal Bora, among others, was organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party to express gratitude for the sacrifices and dedication of Indian soldiers that led to the resounding success of Operation Sindoor.
Speaking to media persons, Sonowal said that the Indian Army’s valiant counter-offensive against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism was instrumental in the success of the operation. He asserted that there can be no compromise with terrorism. The Indian Army decisively eliminated the terrorists responsible for the brutal killing of innocent tourists in Pahalgam. He extended heartfelt thanks to the armed forces and stated that every Indian takes pride in the strength and bravery of the Indian Army.
