Nagaon Municipality Board introduces ‘Super Sucker’ machine to Boost Drainage and Cleanliness

NAGAON: The Nagaon Municipality Board took a historic step to keep the town clean and develop a proper drainage system. To clean the drains and sewage systems within the municipality limits efficiently and effectively, the board introduced a special machine called ‘Super Sucker’ for the first time. This machine will enable the board to clean the drains and sewage systems quickly and effectively, ensuring better cleanliness and hygiene in the small town.     

The machine was formally inaugurated on Wednesday at the Manasha Mandir Chariali in  Nagaon town by local MLA Rupak Sarmah.       

The ‘Super Sucker’ machine is equipped with hydraulic pressure technology, powerful vacuum pumps, and an automatic filtration system, which will enable the board to remove sewage and waste from the drains quickly and efficiently.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Debashish Sarma, District Commissioner of Nagaon, Tejas Agnihotri, Assistant Commissioner, Ambika Mazumdar, Chairperson of the Municipal Board, and other officials. The introduction of this machine marked a new beginning in the town’s cleanliness and hygiene efforts. The   Nagaon  Municipal Board aims to make  Nagaon a model town by introducing more modern facilities and systems in the future.
