Dr Bedonidhi Sarmah, former Superintendent of BiswanathCharialiSubdivisional Civil Hospital, passed away on November 2 at a private hospital in Guwahati. He was 64.
Dr Sarmah, who hailed from Gelapukhuri, Behali, underwent medical courses in Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh. He leaves behind his wife, a daughter, a son and a host of relatives. His death was widely mourned.
