Prafull Dutta, a resident of JhanjiJamuguri Brahmin village in Sivasagar and a retired health worker of Jhanji MPHC under Morabazar Block PHC, passed away on October 30 at his own residence. He was 63. He was a devoted health worker and people of Jhanji area loved him for amicable behaviour and sincere work. He got superannuation in 2018. His demise has been widely mourned. He is survived by his son, two daughters and a host of relatives.
