A CORRESPONDENT
HAFLONG: One Bipin Lyngdoh, aged 42 years and a resident of 14 Kilo near Umrangso, died after being injured due to lightning strike on Saturday.
The incident occurred at about 5 pm on Saturday when Lyngdoh was working in his house complex. Suddenly there was a bolt of lightning and he was injured. He was immediately rushed to Umrangso Hospital but unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries. His 11- year son Sebastian was also injured in the incident and is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
