JAMUGURIHAT: One more COVID death was reported from Sootea under Biswanath district. According to information, one Naren Mandal (56), a resident of Solal Sonari under Sootea PS, breathed his last on May 22 at Tezpur Medical College and Hospital.
Mandal, a carpenter by profession, is survived by his wife and three children. His last rites were conducted in presence of the Naduar Revenue Circle Officer maintaining COVID protocol on Sunday morning.
