BISWANATH CHARIALI: A cleanliness drive along with plantation was carried out on the bank of historical Ou Tall Pond at Biswanath Ghat on Tuesday under the aegis of Bishwanath Ghat Swimming Training Centre with the aim of enhancing the beauty, preservation and training of swimmers in the pond. Mahendra Saikia, Adviser, Biswanath District Swimming Association inaugurated the programme. The programme was also attended by AASU leader Rupam Das, social worker Bibhamoni Das and others.
