Biswanath Chariali: Md. Soibur Rahman, son of Md. Saha Ali No-4 Bhujmari, Sootea, Biswanath was apprehended from Panibharal Kumolia road on Saturday.
He was found to be involved in the rhino poaching case that took place at Kawoimari area under Bagori Range on June 11, 2018, and in another rhino poaching case of 2016.
