TINSUKIA: Doomdooma regional committee, in association with Tara primary committee of All Assam Adivasi Students' Association, observed a one-hour protest at Tara Tea Estate under Warren Tea Ltd on Saturday to register their grievances against non-fulfillment of various demands. The protesters led by Debojit Minj and Sushil Tarkey, president and secretary of the primary committee, later submitted a memorandum to factory manager and threatened to block the production if their demands were nor addressed, stated Angot Bania of AAASA Doomdooma Anchalic Committee.
