Hamren: A reception committee for the forthcoming 45th Karbi Youth Festival 2019 was formed at the Longmirjeng Achetai of Karbi People’s Hall, Taralangso, Diphu on Monday.
The meeting was presided over by KCS president Chandra Sing Kro. Horensing Bey was appointed as president of the reception committee, Darsing Ronghang as general secretary and Danielson Bey was working president.
KAAC CEM Tuliram Ronghang is the chairman of the finance committee. Ronghang said that the KAAC was working relentlessly to complete the road construction ahead of the 45th Karbi Youth Festival 2019. Work orders for renovation and upgradation of Longmirjeng Achetai had been issued and would be completed before the 45th Karbi Youth Festival, 2019.
