TEZPUR: The Election Commission of India has appointed AEP Bukuria, IRS (2009), Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Asansol, West Bengal, as the Election Expenditure Observer for 71-Dhekiajuli and 74-Rangapara assembly constituencies under Tezpur Election District. For any grievances or complaints pertaining to election expenditure related to these two constituencies, the public can contact him on his mobile number 60014-30069 or 03712-222912 or on the following email ID observer.cell.2021@gmail.com. The election expenditure observer held a meeting with the District Election Officer and took stock of the functioning of various cells related to expenditure monitoring. Earlier in the day, he also attended a video conference held by the ECI for all observers.
