DHUBRI: In view of the tense situation prevailing in Dhubri and elsewhere in Dhubri district since the recovery of animal parts in the Shri Shri Hanuman Temple in Ward No. 3, Dhubri district Seemanta Chetana Manch held an emergent meeting at Seemant Bhawan and reviewed the situation on Wednesday.
This meeting was chaired by National Co-convener of the Manch Pradipan and a threadbare discussion followed taking all the minute details of the incidents and steps taken by the district administration and police thereafter.
Pradipan heard the views of the office bearers and instructed them to follow the guidelines to bring back complete normalcy in the district and urged upon the district administration to ensure public security and exemplary punishment to perpetrators behind the incidents.
