UDALGURI: The 23rd Bn SSB Lalpool has recovered one US made pistol and ammunition from a distant location hidden under ground in the bordering area of Udalguri district. They also recovered ammunitions of AK-47.
After receiving information, SSB personnel of Border Out Post Kacchubil, under the command of Ravi Singh, the Assistant Commandant cordoned the area and search operation was launched.
The recovered weapon was handed over to the Udalguri Police Station. An FIR in this regard was also lodged at the police station.
