HAFLONG: The Dimasa Students' Community, Guwahati (DSCG) vehemently condemned the alleged brutality of Assam Police Battalion personnel who are camped at 16th Kilo, Dalmia, stated a press release signed by Blairingdao Kemprai, general secretary, Dimasa Students' Community, Mohet Naiding, advisor, Dimasa Students' Community, Kunal Kemprai, president, Dimasa Students' Community, and other leaders.

They alleged that about 7-8 personnel of Assam Police Battalion, under the influence of liquor, assaulted their former president Paisringdao Jorasa on 24.07.2022 when he was returning from work. They urged the Superintendent of Police, Dima Hasao to kindly take disciplinary action against the police personnel involved. They also appealed to the Officer-in-charge, Umrangso Police Station, to arrest the culprits and investigate the case.
