BARPETA: Three COVID-19 positive patients of Barpeta district were admitted at Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital (FAAMCH) on Thursday. They are - Rajabul Islam (20), Sabur Ali (23) and Abdul Alim (33). They had been in the BN College quarantine centre since May 26 after they came from outside Assam. On the other hand, 218 persons who were in institutional quarantine were released and they were sent for home quarantine on Thursday.
