DHEKIAJULI: Traders’ body CAIT called Bharat bandh to express solidarity with the families of the security personal martyred in the Pulwama terror attack, which passed off peacefully in Dhekiajuli subdivision on Monday.
During the bandh period, all business establishment, petrol pumps, banks, private and government offices remained closed on Monday. However, there was no effect on the ongoing HSLC and HS examination.
Commercial vehicles, logistic carriers and all other personal vehicles were plying through the NH-15 during the bandh period. The bandh was complete in Dhekiajuli town, Sirajuli, Thelamara Alisinga, Singri and Rakhyasmari under Dhekiajuli subdivision.
