A CORRESPONDENT
GAURISAGAR: Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) of Punjab National Bank (PNB) ,Sivasagar organized a 13-day Krishi Udyami training. A total of 35 participants were selected from the small farmer families of the villages of both Sivasagar and Charaideo districts. On this occasion an inaugural function was held on Thursday at its training hall.
Dr Akshay Bhat Keshari, DVO, Sivasagar Rumi Borah, SDAO(Amguri) Bishwajit Das, LDM, Sivasagar attended the programme. The programme was focused on giving a boost to agriculture and allied activities by training in sustainable farm management practices. The training will be provided with the faculty support from the line departments like District Agriculture, Veterinary, Fishery Sivasagar and Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Sivasagar.
