Two shops & one house were gutted in a fire accident in Bongaigaon

BONGAIGAON: Two shops and one house were gutted in a fire accident that took place on Tuesday night at North Bongaigaon. As per sources, the accident occurred at about 1.30 am. The owner of the house and the two shops is Ansar Ali, who with his family was in Hyderabad since the beginning of the lockdown for medical treatment. Neighbours informed fire brigade and the fire was doused finally. However, property worth several lakh rupees was destroyed by this fire. Electric short circuit is believed to be the cause of the fire.
