JORHAT: Following indefinite strike by GNM nurses all throughout the State, which entered the fifth day on Thursday, at least two female patients in Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH) lost their lives in the past 24 hours. “The two patients were referred from two hospitals of Amguree and Majuli. They died due to antepartum haemorrhage,” said Dr Nilotpal Bhattacharyya, PRO of JMCH.
