New Delhi: The net profit of UCO Bank rose 775.82 percent to Rs 310.39 crore in the quarter ended December 2021 as against Rs 35.44 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2020.
Total Operating Income rose 8.79 percent to Rs 3919.30 crore in the quarter ended December 2021 as against Rs 3602.58 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2020.
The Net Interest Income of the Bank for the quarter ended December 2021 has increased to Rs 1762.61 Crore from Rs 1407.15 crore for the quarter ended December 2020 registering a growth of 25.26 percent.
This is the highest Net Interest Income earned by the Bank.
Apart from these, the total deposits of the bank have increased to Rs 218802.52 crore as of 31.12.2021 from Rs 202421.04 crore as of 31.12.2021 registering a growth of 8.09 percent.
The savings deposits of the bank too witnessed an increase from Rs 68234.74 crore to Rs 74174.27 crore as of 31.12.2021 registering a growth of 8.70 percent.
Meanwhile, the total advances of the bank stand at Rs 125519.13 crore as of 31.12.2021 as against Rs 116797.24 crore as of 31.12.2020 registering a growth of 7.47 percent.
Gross Non Performing Assets (NPA) of the Bank has reduced to Rs 10042.41 crore (8.00%) as of 31.12.2021 from Rs 11440.47 crore (9.80%) as on 31.12.2020 and from Rs 10909.79 crore (8.98%) as on 30.09.2021.
The net NPA of the Bank too has been reduced to Rs 3333.59 crore (2.81%) as of 31.12.2021 from Rs 3854.33 crore (3.37%) as of 30.09.2021.
