JOYSAGAR, July 19: Deben Hazarika (48) of Sepon subdivision in Sivasagar was held by the Rajputana Regiment of the Indian Army on Wednesday. He was allegedly an ULFA (I) linkman. One 9 mm pistol, five live bullets and some objectionable documents related to the outfit were also recovered by the Army team from his possession, sources said.
