SARUPATHAR: Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Pijush Hazarika inaugurated the Uriamghat Model Hospital on Thursday.
On the occasion of the inaugural ceremony, an open meeting was held in the premises of the new hospital at Uriamghat under Dhansiri subdivision. This meeting was presided over by the MLA of 94 Sarupathar constituency, Roselina Tirkey. Former MLA Binod Gowala, vice-chairman of All Assam Co-operative Apex Bank, Bishwajit Phukan, Border Magistrate Pranjit Kumar Deb, SDO (C) P. Uday Praveen and SDPO Pranjal Borah, 144 CRPF battalion Major P Shivswami along with other dignitaries and people from the border area of Uriamghat were present in the meeting.
