BARPETA: A youth named Abbash Ali was arrested with handmade pistol at Howly in Barpeta district by the police of Howly police station.
In another operation, Howly police arrested one Mizanur Rahman from Kalgachiya involved in vehicle theft. On the basis of his confession, Howly police were able to arrest Abbash Ali with the handmade pistol and other materials and documents. Superintendent of Police Amitav Sinha reached Howly police station and interrogated the two arrested.
