SHILLONG: One coal-laden truck (NL-02L-1401), evaded the Narang Weighbridge at Ri-Bhoi and fled away. The incident happened at around 4:30 am in the morning on December 8 Later, the truck was detained at Byrnihat Out Post (RB). In another incident, on December 7, another coal laden truck (ML-05L-2191) attempted to flee from Narang Weighbridge (Ri Bhoi District). Later, the truck was detained at 20th Mile, Lailad.
