SHILLONG: In their continued drive against illicit liquor, the Excise staff of East Khasi Hills District, Shillong conducted raids in the restaurants and stalls in the town and its outskirts where during the month of July, 2018, they detected 25 cases with a seizure of 1168.075 litres of i/d liquor and 5.040 litres IMFL. In this connection, 18 persons were arrested under Excise Act, a press release said on Monday.
