SHILLONG: With a view to check revenue leakages in course of transportation of mineral resources, the Meghalaya Cabinet on Thursday endorsed the proposal to enter into a memorandum of understanding with The Tele Consultation India limited (TCIL). The public sector undertaking has been asked to prepare the detailed project report to illustrate the digital road map to plug the leakages.
