Guwahati: Mizoram government has notified that the lone Lengpui airport in the state will be opening to commercial passenger airlines four days a week.
In view of public interest, the government has issued a notice that it will operate flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
In the order, it also stated that Air India will operate flights on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Indigo will operate flights on Mondays and Saturdays.
This order shall have immediate effect and will remain in force for the month of September 2020, unless revoked earlier.
