The Hornbill Darts Masters has attracted 86 players from Malaysia and nine Indian states, including Assam, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Nagaland.

Since 2022, the event has been recognized as a National Ranking event by the Indian Darts Council (IDC). A total prize pool of Rs. 5.5 lakh will be featured in the five categories: Team Event, Draw Doubles, Men's Singles, Ladies' Singles, and FTC Open Singles.

Preliminary rounds will be held from December 6 to 8 at the Nagaland Olympic Association office, starting at 9 AM, while the grand finale is scheduled for December 8 at 5 PM at the Heritage Old DC Bungalow.

FTC will introduce the traditional Naga games during the event, and among them include Catapult Shooting, Spear Throw, and Zutho Darts. For the finale, Seyievinuo Chuzo and Susalho Ringa will be featured in live performances, and to top this off, the finale is going to witness a live performance featuring DJ OIR. Finale Tickets are available for Rs. 150.

Managed by Gutouch Events, FTC will look to overcome financial difficulties faced by local athletes in participating in national-level competitions by hosting professional events within Nagaland. The 6th Hornbill Darts Masters promises to be an exciting mix of sport, culture, and entertainment, reflecting the spirit of the Hornbill Festival.
