KOHIMA: ADC and DEO Pughoboto, K Mhathung Tsanglao has directed all the polling officials who were absent in the training conducted on March 20 to reply to the showcase notice with a written application in person on or before March 27, failing which strict disciplinary action will be initiated as per law, stated a release.
