The body of a six-year-old boy was found dead in a drain at Rangalu Gorabari in Nagaon on Sunday evening.
The deceased has been identified as Mokshidul Hoque, son of Habibur Rohman.
The child was playing with his friend at roadside and then fell down into drain.
Police rushed to the spot. The body was sent to the Nagaon hospital for postmortem.
